8) Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer protections. If you are a consumer, you retain the protections afforded by the law of your habitual residence where mandatory. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany, except where mandatory rules provide otherwise.
